Job Description• Design, develop, and update training programs for telesales and outbound agents with three products (Sale). • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for telesales and outbound agents.• Ensure that new hires understand the company's products, sales techniques, and SOPs. • Conduct role-playing exercises and provide constructive feedback to improve performance and address areas of improvement.• Present the training results to clients in weekly and monthly business reviews.• Collaborate with QA and TL to ensure the team's performance meets the target.
Qualification• Age 24-35 years old• At least 6 months of experience in HRD, Project Trainer, or Trainer in • Customer Service/Sale operations , QA , Team Leader • Strong communication in Thai and English both written and spoken skills• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications
