Responsibilities• Implement marketing strategy for customers, including communications and campaigns through Automation tools, EDM, Push notification and Line Segmentation• Implement a journey plan and execute CRM solutions with Marketing Automation Platforms.• Drive CRM/ Data usage across platforms (Line OA, EDM, Push notification, etc.) to build growth and efficiency.• Work with the Digital Marketing and Campaign team to segment user behavior on each stage and clarify event count to track performance.• Analyze (Customer Data, Segmentation, KPI results) and Develop implication and opportunities for improvement.• Weekly and Monthly CRM Campaign reports • Strong understanding of CRM, Data Analysis and experience with CRM tools.• Proactive attitude. Process-oriented mindset and passionate about optimization.• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and decision making. Qualifications:• More than 3-5 years experience in CRM Marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing field.• Have strong communication skills.
